This article highlights the means by which NOAA has been mobilizing stakeholders through the establishment of a NOAA Hydrographic Services Review Panel (HRSP) Federal Advisory Committee (FAC). The article provides information on the structure of the HSRP, its charter, and involvement with NOAA’s current and future issues and its recommendations.
